Day 3:
Time to take our own advice and get off the hamster wheel. 'Tis a day of Self Love.
"We don't realize that Self Love begins with the way we treat ourselves on the inside, and is made real with every single thought."
Welcome fellow sojourners to Day 3!
As I was thinking about our next learning topic, the Need for Love, I realized what an opportune moment this was to actually practice it. I could make the call to slow it down, provide less to download and just create a new space to BE in and with ourselves.
So, consider this Self Love Saturday. Make some time, find your favorite places to rest, steep a cup of tea, grab your journal and know that you MATTER.
Give yourself a chance to integrate and allow the information that's been making itself known over the last couple of days a chance to settle in and provide room for more insight.
And share your rituals in the fb group. We're all interested to learn from each other and the more we share, the more we support each other in the effort of BEING.
You'll find a link that takes you back to the Day One & Day Two Content if you want to pop back over there. We'll provide links as the days progress for each of the previous days of learning material.
If you want to go back and reconnect, don't forget to listen to the Inspirational Playlist. Create a personal mantra and write it/draw it on the coloring page provided. And lastly, make sure you're capturing everything that comes up no matter how unusual or unexpected. Your inner Self loves the idea that you are paying this kind of attention.

Write A Love Letter to Yourself
Write a love letter to yourself today.
Remind yourself of all the reasons you are worthy of love.
List the challenging moments in your life and what was amazing about how you got through them.
Celebrate your gifts and originality.
Offer assistance for your future goals and wants.
Appreciate the parts of you that the world doesn't acknowledge or validate.
List all the ways you've grown.
Appreciate what you've learned about BEING you.
Talk about what you long for.
Appreciate all you don't know.
Remind yourself that you're enough even if you still want more.

Questions to Reflect
How did you enter the world, what as a promise of you?
If life hadn't gone this way, what would you have dreamed for yourself?
What would make life feel delicious and delectable?
If you felt like Superwoman and could accomplish, create or build anything, what would it be?
What do you feel most saddened by? Let yourself cry.
What is your most favorite moment in all of time, from your life?
If you could sing a song to your little girl inside, what would it be?
Take a moment and mindfully eat a piece of chocolate, what is most pleasurable about it?
How does joy feel in your body?
What color(s) most reflects your spirit or essence?

Writing, Noting, Unloading
I want to encourage you to carry some kind of paper and writing instrument around with you this week, no matter where you are. Even use your phone to make notes.
Your unconscious Self is gong to be communicating with you. And it won't do it necessarily when you prompt it. So you have to be ready. And it's SUPER IMPORTANT that you write anything that pops into your mind outside of what you're doing at any given moment.
Any experience or event from your life, a feeling that washes over you unexpectedly, a situation that arises that brings up intense feelings, noticing some object out of the blue, and sensory responses in your body. Whatever shows up, WRITE IT!
You want to be the unbiased, unfiltered recorder of your inner experience. The more you do this, the more the content I provide will have a connection point within you.
This is also a great practice to get into for your everyday life. Keeping your mind, heart and ears open for the unconscious self is sure to bring a ton more information and help in going about your choice-making in life.
