Welcome fellow sojourners!

I'm so glad you're hanging out with me this week and interested in learning more about your Growing Edge.

I talk a lot about how you can stretch experientially by sharing within our community. 

I also explore the way the content builds on itself, one idea at a time. And the way you'll want to make sure you stay with it. Even if you don't get anything out of a particular activity, your unconscious Self is taking it all in. You don't know when the content will truly sync up with the new information you're supposed to be getting out of this experience. 

The Core Beliefs of Safety, Love, Acceptance, Value & Worth are introduced. And lastly, you'll find videos about our first 2 Misconceptions about BEING HUMAN.

THE FEELINGS

 
 
In the video entitled Misconception: We Don't Know the Difference Between Thoughts & Feelings, I reference the need to truly drop into your feelings within the body. This is just a brief exercise of exploring this further. 
So find a comfortable, quiet place. Allow yourself to settle in taking several deep breaths and feeling your body resting comfortably on the earth.
When you feel as if you're able to focus, follow the instructions on the page by tapping into each emotion and finding the location it resides in your body.
Notice the texture, the quality, the sense, the dimensions of your emotional/physical experience.
When you're done and if you feel like it, write your observations on the form provided.

Conscious & Unconcious MOMENTS

 
In the video entitled Misconception: We Don't Know the Difference Between Thoughts & Feelings, I talk about how we can learn more about when this happens.  
This is a writing exercise, feel free to use your journal rather than the writing page, I've provided. Also, if you want to use the whole page for one example, that's completely fine, too. 
You'll want to write about scenarios, relationship moments, and situations when you thought you knew what was happening but it turned out you didn't. 
Just write it out, the facts or what was happening and what was in your head.
When you're done doing that, drop to the bottom of the page and think about what might've been different had you been able to come from a place of 'Knowing You're Not As Conscious As You Think'.

Writing, Noting, Unloading

 
 
I want to encourage you to carry some kind of paper and writing instrument around with you this week, no matter where you are. Even use your phone to make notes. 
Your unconscious Self is gong to be communicating with you. And it won't do it necessarily when you prompt it. So you have to be ready. And it's SUPER IMPORTANT that you write anything that pops into your mind outside of what you're doing at any given moment.
Any experience or event from your life, a feeling that washes over you unexpectedly, a situation that arises that brings up intense feelings, noticing some object out of the blue, and sensory responses in your body. Whatever shows up, WRITE IT!
You want to be the unbiased, unfiltered recorder of your inner experience. The more you do this, the more the content I provide will have a connection point within you. 
This is also a great practice to get into for your everyday life. Keeping your mind, heart and ears open for the unconscious self is sure to bring a ton more information and help in going about your choice-making in life.
